According to reports, the TV and radio personality was a Greenville, South Carolina native and a project lover by nature. “Projects would just come and they would be great projects, so I’d go and do my assignment and come back home,” she said in a past interview with the Greenville News. “I always look at my showbiz life as a great assignment. I do it and I come home. I love it.” Griffin, while juggling on-screen TV commitments and radio shows, also owned a local boutique in Greenville, S.C called “Goddess Clothing”.
