The 23-year-old had a convincing victory over 6-foot-10 Ivo Karlovic of Croatia, the tallest man on the tournament. Murray, on the other hand, overcame 6-foot-9 American John Isner to set up a quarter-final match up at Melbourne Park for the first time.
Murray has all the means to win his first Grand Slam crown. All he has to do is prove he can hold up under pressure. However, having won thetournament 12 months ago, Rafa is surely my pick to win this match.
