Cheronda Guyton Picture-Cheronda Guyton who is a Los Angeles-based Wells Fargo & Co. executive might be in hot water for moving into a $12 million Malibu beach house that was foreclosed on and returned to the bank.According to the Associated Press:

Citing accounts by neighbors in exclusive Malibu Colony, Cheronda Guyton — Wells executive responsible for foreclosed commercial properties — used the house for parties and weekends frequently this summer. The home’s previous owners handed the property back to the bank in the spring after losing much of their wealth to fraudster Bernie Madoff.

After AP exposed the bank they released a statement claiming that they would conduct an investigation in the matter but Guyton has refused to comment on the story.
