Mumbai, June 15: Bollywood’s rising star Shiney Ahuja was arrested here late Sunday night for allegedly raping his maid.
The actor’s 19-year-old maid had lodged a complaint alleging rape charges on Shiney with the Oshiwara police station in Andheri (West) on Sunday evening, and police had summoned and detained Ahuja for questioning which eventually lead to his arrest. According to latest reports, the actor has been booked under section 376 (rape), section 339 (wrongful restraint) and section 506 (threatening to kill the victim) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).Rape Charges On Shiney Ahuja
